Yearly card billing and changing contract seats in the app
You can now also subscribe with a credit card on yearly billing (1 month off) from the "Billing" page in the app. When your member count changes, an organization admin can match your contract seats to your current members on the same page. The difference is adjusted on the next bill. - System
We revised our Terms
For the public launch, we rewrote the sections on signing up, the free trial, renewal and cancellation, and refunds to match how the service works today. See the Terms page for details. - New
SuccocoPon is now open to everyone
Anyone can now sign in with a Google account and start with a free trial (both company email addresses and personal addresses such as gmail.com work). To continue after the trial, subscribe with a credit card (monthly) from the "Billing" page in the app. See the pricing page for prices. - New
Disconnect on your own
From the "Connections" page, you can now disconnect Gmail yourself, and an organization admin can disconnect a Slack workspace, at any time. Disconnecting also revokes the permissions you gave SuccocoPon. - System
Records past their retention period are now deleted every day
Records such as draft text are now deleted automatically every day once they pass the retention period set out in our Privacy Policy. We also stopped storing snippets (short excerpts of the email body). - Improved
Redesigned app screens
We rebuilt the "Home", "Forwarding rules", "How you reply", "Connections" and "Team" pages. Gmail and Slack connections are now on one page, and on "How you reply" you can try a draft before saving. - New
See member roles and usage on the Team page
Organization admins can see the list of members and their usage on the "Team" page, and make a member an admin. - New
Newsletter forwarding and article summaries
Turn on "Newsletters" for a forwarding rule, and newsletters and automated emails, which are normally skipped, are delivered to Slack too. The body is attached so you can view it in its original layout, and a list of the article links is posted in the thread. If you also turn on "Article summary", AI summarizes the articles and posts the summary in the thread. - Improved
A steadier connection to Gmail
The watch on your Gmail inbox is now renewed automatically every day. We also stopped unfinished Gmail drafts and sent emails from reaching Slack. - New
Forwarding rules can now be edited
You can now edit a forwarding rule in place after creating it. Each rule also shows how many emails it has forwarded. Only the attachments on that email itself are now delivered. - New
Connect multiple Slack workspaces to one organization
You can now connect several Slack workspaces to one organization, such as those of a subsidiary or another division. For each forwarding rule, you choose which channel in which workspace receives the emails. - Fixed
Slack notification emails no longer loop
Fixed a loop where a notification email from Slack arrived in Gmail and was then delivered back to Slack. - Improved
Open the Gmail draft from the draft card
Draft cards in Slack now have an "Open in Gmail" button. You can also copy the invite command needed for private channels with one click. - Fixed
Emails that match several forwarding rules now reach every channel
Fixed an issue where an email matching several forwarding rules was delivered only to the first rule's channel. It now goes to every matching channel. - New
Try AI drafts, plus new help pages
You can now enter a sample email and try an AI draft with your current settings (nothing is sent to Slack or Gmail). We also added tips on writing instructions for AI, and a contact page. - New
Draft opening and closing, formatting, and sender photos
You can now set text to add at the start and end of drafts. When editing in Slack, you can use formatting such as bold and bullet lists, and it is kept when saved to your Gmail drafts. Senders' Google profile photos are also shown in Slack. - New
SuccocoPon launched
You can now send the emails you choose in Gmail to Slack, have AI write a reply draft in Slack, and save it as a Gmail draft. Reply all is also supported.
