About SuccocoPon

SuccocoPon is a communication support app for “connecting Gmail and Slack to manage your replies,” built by STUDIO SPOON Inc., a creative production company.

We spend much of our day moving back and forth between Slack and our various production tools. But emails from our clients only move forward once we go back to Gmail. We couldn't shake the feeling that this simple act of switching tools was breaking our focus.

“If only we could finish our email work in Slack, too.” With that thought, we looked for existing apps and tried them, but they had too many features, didn't support the wide variety of email filters, or were complicated to set up. None of them quite fit.

So we narrowed things down to only the features we needed and what mattered in our own work, and built a tool where “even when an email comes in, you can stay in Slack, work out your reply, and save a draft.”

Then we added a feature where AI pops out a draft with a “pon,” and the design grew into one where you adjust the wording in Slack and save it to Gmail as a draft. The final send happens in Gmail, with your own eyes and hands: that is something we insisted on.
