You use SuccocoPon per organization (company). The first person who signs in with a company email address gets an organization automatically and becomes its admin. Others with the same company address join that organization just by signing in. You pay for the people in your contract (¥500/person/month; the count is the number of members when you subscribed).
How can I pay?
By credit card or invoice (bank transfer). An organization admin can subscribe with a credit card (monthly or yearly) right from the app's Billing page (payments by Stripe). For invoice, contact us. Invoices are sent by email (PDF) and are qualified invoices under Japan's invoice system.
Contact usWhat happens when the 14-day trial ends?
Forwarding to Slack stops (your settings stay). Once you subscribe from the Billing page, forwarding resumes (emails that arrived while it was stopped are not delivered). No card is needed up front, so you are never charged automatically. If you subscribe with a card during the trial, payment starts when the trial ends.
Monthly or yearly — which is better value?
Yearly is 1 month off (¥5,500/year incl. tax, ¥500 less than 12 months at ¥6,000). Try it first, and if you'll keep using it, yearly is the better choice. To switch, contact us (monthly to yearly at the next renewal, yearly to monthly after the term ends).
Can I add people later?
Yes, per person, even mid-month. Your contract covers the members at the time you subscribed. When the number changes, an organization admin can match the contract seats to the current members on the app's Billing page (invoice customers: contact us). The difference is adjusted on the next bill.

You can keep using SuccocoPon until the end of the period (the next renewal date for monthly, the end of the term for yearly); billing stops after that. There are no refunds for the remaining period. Card users cancel from Manage payment on the Billing page; invoice users contact us.
