This is the number under which we are registered as a Qualified Invoice Issuer with the National Tax Agency of Japan. Input tax credits can be claimed under the Qualified Invoice System.
Price: Monthly billing: ¥500 per user / month (tax included)
Annual billing: ¥5,500 per user / year (tax included) (the price of 11 months of monthly billing / 1 month off)

* There is a single plan, with no distinction between individuals and businesses. We bill per user (number of users × unit price), monthly or yearly.
* The number of users under your contract is the number of members at the time of the subscription procedure. Changes to the number of users are accepted from the “Billing” page of the app for credit card payment, or by contacting us for invoice payment, and the difference is adjusted in the next invoice.
Fees other than the price of the service: For bank transfer (invoice payment), bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
Payment methods: Credit card — Payment via Stripe. For both monthly and annual billing, the organization’s administrator can complete the procedure from the “Billing” page of the app
Bank transfer (invoice payment) — Apply by contacting us, and we will send the invoice by email (PDF)
* Annual billing is available with either credit card or bank transfer (for bank transfer, apply by contacting us).
Payment timing: Credit card: when the subscription procedure is completed (if it is completed during the trial period, at the end of the trial). After that, payment is made on each renewal date: every month for monthly billing and every year for annual billing.
Bank transfer: within 30 days from the invoice issue date.
Delivery timing: You can start using the Service immediately after signing in with a Google account (the first 14 days are a free trial).
Returns and cancellation: As this is a digital service, in principle we do not accept returns after use has started. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term: the Service remains available until the next renewal date and then stops. We do not issue prorated monthly or daily refunds partway through a period (you may continue to use the Service until the next renewal date). You can cancel from the “Billing” page of the app for credit card payment, or by contacting us for bank transfer (invoice payment).
System requirements: A Slack workspace and a Google account (Gmail) are required (both Google Workspace accounts and personal accounts such as gmail.com can be used). Supported browsers: the latest versions of Chrome / Safari / Edge / Firefox.
